validation of current version capabilities

Hi! `rationale.md` in line 66 states: 
"Other languages supported for in-database data manipulation include PL/Tcl, PL/Perl, PL/TclU, PL/PerlU, and PL/PythonU."

I would like to know whether the latest version of the platform has already incorporated support to those languages or whether that is to be incorporated in a later version.
