We periodically update our usgs_rating_curves.csv file and now is the time for a new one. This is a replacement input file that already exists and will need to be copied around to all five enviros prior to merging. The new file name should have a data stamp added to the name of usgs_rating_curves.csv (i.e usgs_rating_curve_20250419.csv)
