[21pt] AWS EC2s - Upgrade Base 6, make new ones for everyone

Using the current FIM Base EC2, make a new base image and replace everyone's with a smaller size.

• 1363: Rebuild current base AWS EC2's [21pt] Rebuild current base AWS EC2's #1363 (which has details about the actual upgrades) - Need this one first.

• Build two new Thor machines but same size as before

  • Thor 1 - name Thor 4
  • Thor 2 - name Thor 5

• Build two new Prod machines but same size as before

  • Prod 2 (rename to Prod 10 - Iron Man
  • Prod 3 (Make new one Prod 11 - hulk

• Get everyone to switch
