/warp public can crash the server if UUIDs of players need to be retrieved from Mojang #4

If a couple of users need to be looked up it will be doing network activity on the main thread and locks up the server. This will lag players, disconnect them or even crash the complete server.

First getting all players on an async thread could prevent this problem.
