Current behavior
I'm trying to setup DNS64 + NAT64 in my opnsense router. It works fine except one thing: ping6 google.com on my LAN host does not work. It does not work because unbound returns real IPv6 for google.com, and my ISP does not support IPv6 at all.

Describe the desired feature
I need a tool to query only IPv4 addresses and then translate this addresses to IPv6 using DNS64 settings.

Potential use-case
To setup local IPv6 only network if ISP does not support IPv6.

It seems, that this config works like I need:

server:
local-zone: ip6.arpa. refuse
prefer-ip4: yes
private-address: ::/0 # probably this is main settings for my needs
