cannot unregister a CA in the testbed #1191

Using the form in https://testbed.krill.cloud/ui/testbed/remove to remove an existing CA I get Key/Value error: Store error: io error No such file or directory (os error 2)

(I know it exists because when I try to register I am told it exists, I had just registered it and wanted to change parameters)
