I have a suggestion to improve the "Submit Material" page by splitting it into two distinct functions:
Manual Submission: Maintain the current functionality where users can manually add materials one by one.
Automatic Submission via Zendo Link: Introduce an option for users to input a Zendo link (or similar), allowing the system to automatically fetch and add all relevant materials. It would be beneficial if the system could display the items that the script found, so users can review and confirm the additions before finalizing.
Benefits:
Efficiency: Streamlines the process for users who need to submit multiple materials, saving time and reducing manual effort.
User Experience: Provides flexibility by catering to both users who prefer manual entry and those who can leverage automatic fetching.
Accuracy: Reduces the likelihood of errors that might occur during manual data entry.
