Bug 描述
1.导入接口标签部分缺失
2.导入接口状态信息全部为“未开始”
3.导入接口请求信息的请求头缺失

重现步骤

导出线上数据

在私有化环境导入接口数据
查看私有化导入结果

期望结果
1.可以同步线上标签数据
2.可以同步线上接口状态信息
3.可以同步线上接口请求信息的请求头数据

字段已经导出，但导入功能还未实现，也可以自己实现并提交PR
