Proposing a way to search for annotation term through "semantic search widget" and/or "attribute search widget"

It can be of great interest, following mentions from #1654 to propose a way to seearch for annotations terms in the same way we can now serach for "attribute" name with autocompletion based on terms from metadata docuemnts from the catalog.

Heya @yvanlebras, this is something we've talked about but I didn't see an existing ticket for it so thanks!

This would indeed be very useful but it's actually a bit challenging with our current search index design. That said, we're working on a service that make building such a widget pretty straightforward. I've added this to the list we're keeping at DataONEorg/slinky#56.
