Symbol Annotations not getting refreshed in run time

I am using Mapbox map to show the marker pins based on the location with Symbol Annotation. In the first load, able to see the symbol annotation based on marker pin location.

After changing the marker pin location, symbol annotation position is not getting refreshed.

can you help to solve this ?
