Granule campaign short name schema change

1. At the granule-level metadata, we need to have the "Projects/ShortName" schema (or element name) modified to "Campaign/ShortName".

Reference: as shown below, currently pyQuARC shows "Projects/ShortName"

2. Instead of the output message displayed for the missing campaign short name entry in the example above, the following BLUE message should be displayed:

"The campaign/project short name is missing. Recommend providing a campaign short name from the following list:
https://gcmd.earthdata.nasa.gov/kms/concepts/concept_scheme/projects/?format=csv"

3. Provided entries should comply with the GCMD list. If entries do not align with GCMD's controlled keywords, then pyQuARC should throw the following RED message:

"The provided campaign/project short name does not comply with GCMD. Recommend providing a project short name from the following list: https://gcmd.earthdata.nasa.gov/kms/concepts/concept_scheme/projects/?format=csv"

Need to use the fake/test files for number 3.
