Describe the bug
system has been running since "2021-05-06 01:15:03.787" per the 'bus.log' [a long time for me]
system was basically useable [ wakeword - excepted]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
long running on latest(s) ???
*

long running issue -- the 'News' skill doesn't release it's gui after doing the news AND the top-control/pull down menu won't select the 'Standby Face' !!!! [I usually ask for 'time' and it is back to normal]

Expected behavior
News to timeout and revert to Standby Face
PullDown menu should be able to select 'standby face' option
