Improved Donation Receipts

Currently, donations use our standardized receipt template, but don't actually include any information indicating that it is a donation, it's tax deductible, etc. We should offer a well-formatted acknowledgement letter that properly thanks our supporters while also giving them the documentation required for the IRS. Draft language, but @amandabee probably has some further suggestions:
