For the support team I think it would be useful to have some visibility on why a message didn't get sent (Was it a duplicate? Was it flagged as hostile by essential? Is it Sunday?)
I think we need to talk through how often it is an issue for users that a message is marked "none" for a period of time.
It might make sense to add some kind of hover or similar help text to explain what is going on.
I think that might be "This message has not been delivered yet. Typically that means that the message requires manual intervention and will be addressed within one business day. If it has been more than a full business day, please don't hesitate to use the Get Help button."
