running artdaq from a pre-generated FCLs ?

It would be very helpful to be able to start a new run using a set of FCL files which one could edit manually before starting the run

I think that alone could be achieved by just not overwriting the generated FCL files? If we change artdaqsupervisor, would it also be worth moving the startup of the artdaq process from the configure to the runstart step?

Going a step further, is there a chance we could merge TFM back into daqinterface?
