We have a bunch of wikis, google docs, slides, pdfs, readme's, and other documentation living in various places across teams. Can we / do we want to have a better strategy for where things live and what lives where? Might have a good effect on onboarding too.

@OpenMatt is working on a revision to our Build site, to serve as a first stop for finding all those things. Having a single doorway will make everything more accessible.

The diversity of content will always require multiple platforms. The technology and our preferences will always change. I'd invest in accessibility over continually wrangling uniformity. Hopefully things will migrate toward a few effective solutions over time.

Agree on accessibility over uniformity absolutely. Even just a hub that adequately links to all the most current resources would be helpful... some kind of navigation built in.
