[FEATURE] Ability to define HTTP/SOCKS proxy

It would be great if you could pass the program's internet traffic through a HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried to set the HTTP_PROXY environment variable on Linux, but it doesn't work, looks like it's messing with some internal logic of the application

I'm currently rewriting the app in Tauri so the development for the electron application has been stale. I'd probably be able to implement this in the rewritten application.

If you or someone else is willing to open a PR for this, I'd be more than happy to review it though
