No module named 'fcntl' #1

I follow the instructions but when I'm trying to debug and run the bot bellows error will be appeared.

No module named 'fcntl'

does anybody know how to fix it?

@Amirhossein771 This functionality is not available on windows... You'll have to use *nix platform to get this resolved.
(WSL can also help you here)
