I think i got it. They have just taken all the audio files of actor folders from ravdness dataset and placed all of them into one rawdata folder then they have labelled all the audio files according to their type as mentioned in code.. you can also refer to kaggle dataset ,there they have defined their meaning. https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/uwrfkaggler/ravdess-emotional-speech-audio
