hi , im searching a indexer for a block chain based on position

pratically i have a chain of blocks of different sizes
block1 size 10
block2 size 15
block3 size 5

get Block Id by offfset
for example |35--> block3

Maybe this project is related with this?

no, it only index by height/blockid.
