当节点数量多且杂时：如这个公益节点
每次使用之前我都会习惯先测下延迟，再根据地区延迟选择想要的。但是cfam的逻辑似乎是先把所有的节点延迟测完再显示到列表的。我希望改进成每测出一个节点，就立马反馈到列表中。这样就可以极大的提高效率。
