1. Added "context" to special commands list in cli.py:548
2. Added CLI arguments for --url and --goal parameters in cli.py:572-573
3. Added command handler for the context command in cli.py:679-696
4. Implemented handle_context_command method in cli.py:891-920

Functionality:

• The command praisonai context --url <url> --goal <goal> now works
• Creates a ContextAgent with llm="gpt-4o-mini" and auto_analyze=False
• Calls agent.start() with formatted input as specified in the issue
• Includes proper error handling for missing dependencies and parameters
• Maintains backward compatibility - no existing functionality removed
