Facility Page Edits

Rebrand Add facility page and schedule facility page to include edit and delete facility functionality

• on schedule facility page --> if you manage facility --> 2 extra buttons --> delete facility and manage facility
• click manage facility page --> redirect to page similar to add facility view

1. have facility information prepopulated to be edited (left side)
2. show calendar to click date (right side) --> see list of availabilities --> have option to delete/add more availabilities (see booking view page)
   a) should be available for both add facility and manage facility pages
