(Feature request) Add a setting for default visible range

Please add a setting for the default visible range. Currently, the default visible range is 1.5 hours in the past up to 30 minutes in the future. I'd like to default to "All Day" always.

I always do my app usage analysis per day. Sometimes I don't pay attention to the visible range and simply get the data from the App usage bar. That makes me under report my time because I thought I was viewing the total report for the day but I'm actually viewing the totals for a few hours. Having a setting for a default visible range gives me peace of mind that I'm always viewing All Day report.

I can persist the selection, so next time you will open the window, it will be on All Day, if that was the last thing you selected.
