I really love this add-on on desktop.
Would it be possible to make this work on Firefox For Android, as well?

Not easily, the context menu is not available on Android.

Thanks for replying. Out of curiosity, is the long press menu in Android off-limits to devs?

You can see here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/Browser_support_for_JavaScript_APIs#menus. It's all unimplemented on Android. So I don't think there's a good way to get the next page link. The page action worked in my other extension, for translating the page, but not here.
