there are reports that the fixes from #592 are broken again.

investigate the bounding box logic, including (but not limited to) when using arcs (G2/G3 commands) , including but not limited to short arcs relative to large radius and including but not limited to arcs where the starting and ending X values are the same or the starting and ending Y values are the same
