SVG, PDF, SWF docs need to reflect changes in 6.0

Need to be updated to reflect changes in 6.0. SVG and PDF are now done through Cairo and SWF is deprecated and not supported in 6.0

First step: Updated 6.0 and trunk documentation in (r12056) as follows: Added notes to the SVG and PDF documents that the documentation does not reflect the switch to Cairo, and added a note to the flash document that SWF is not supported in 6.0.

Updated the description of IMAGETYPE in the map document for trunk and 6.0 in (r12722).
