BUG: passing boolean to package scripts work in cli not in portal

If in blueprint a boolean is passed as an argument to package scripts
it works in CLI while it fails at deployment in the PORTAL

I understand the issue arise when creating an instance app in the portal, after entering the inputs right?

What are specifically the other things that fail, appart from boolean inputs?
