workflow is not listed in "standard usage" section of workflow catalog #22

have their main workflow definition named workflow/Snakefile (unlike for plain inclusion (see above), which also allows just Snakefile in the root of the repository
provide configuration instructions under config/README.md
contain a YAML file .snakemake-workflow-catalog.yml in their root directory, which configures the usage instructions displayed by this workflow catalog.

--> need to investigate locally

also important: currently workflow catalog includes/updates only repos that have changes + new releases in the past 3 months, which is true for this repo

found the issue after investigating with test builds of the workflow catalog:
snakemake-workflow-catalog.yml must be .snakemake-workflow-catalog.yml with a .

closed with latest commit, wf is now standard usage: https://snakemake.github.io/snakemake-workflow-catalog/?usage=MPUSP/snakemake-bacterial-riboseq
