Table/matrix in docs showing what features/models work with what other features/models #303

We should add a large table/matrix in the docs that lists all features and what features work with the others (so if we have $N$ features, then this would be a table of size $N \times N$). These features include things like the 4-eqn model, 5-eqn model, 6-eqn model, sub-grid bubbles, QBMM bubbles, hypoelasticity, phase change, etc. For some interactions, the intersection won't make sense (e.g., 4-eqn model and 6-eqn model -- obviously, these are not "compatible" with each other). Presumably, there are three types of interaction "works," "does not work," and "invalid."

@mrodrig6 this is the issue I was referring to for the table you and your students showed recently. Would be great to add to the docs.
