Could you add side jump into one button like with side step

I always had a problem with the timeing of pressing the jump and left or right button to side jump in combat or when I need to quickly jump so I usally map it with steam input the triggers buttons to alt then left or right I think it would be usefull to add that as an option like how side step was added in later tomb raider games
