I believe according to lang.php the translation file is not updated,
example:
lang.php:
'Choose day and time we should call you. Times are represented in'

Translation file:

Choose day and time we should call you. Times are represented in {{timezone}} timezone.

Translations for extensions you have to take care yourself. You can create pull request afterwards
