The Motivation behind this request:

File creating and saving process

As of now after creating a file with templates users have click on the save button after creating, this can result to loss of saved progress when the file was not manually saved (Crash, Energy drain, accedential close). It has less steps, which I prefer.

Users also have the option to create a "new file" on the left side of the main dashboard. This lets the users type in the name before the file gets created, resulting in immediate save. This is better for saving, but requires more steps before the initial place users want to be -> "the canvas".

Steps it takes

"1." (optional) wake up from standby ->

1. Open App ->
2. search and click on the new file creation button
3. click on new note
4. popup appears beign forced there to type in name
5. press on "creation button
6. search for your created file
7. open

Then comes the personal configuration like background color and so on...

Proposed Solution (from discussion)

to enhance the template feature function, by allowing custom file names that can make use of current date (and time)

Edit: graphical representation might come later if needed.
