Anime name: Ai no Kusabi (2012)

What is wrong with the anime?

Interlacing artifacts, aside from the already deinterlaced and decimated content.
Fucked chroma plane on some frames in random order.

This issues apply to the JP and US Blu-Ray.

I know these issues are much more fixable than most other shows on here, but I still find encodes of this show, that don't even make the attempt to fix it.

Additional comments

The first screenshots (1,3) are always the previous frames and should give a hint at what the next frame should be similar to.
