it would be nice to have to some sort of time based stats for the admins about create, update and view actions

related to Leerstandsmelder/leerstandsmelder-node-api#8

ok, i'll add a link to a stats page from the menu.

would also be a nice place to bannhammer users, export data etc.

let's call it the dashboard for admins.
