Set CONSENSUS_BRANCH_ID_SAPLING based on CoinId #127

Proposal to set this based on coin type. ZCash and Komodo use the same branch id, but other coins dont.

I may get time to do this as a PR someday, but just logging it here as a reminder / note / proposal
