What is your set up?

Self Hosted Server

Version

3.4.1

Describe the issue

When I create milestones some appear in the timeline view and some do not, all appear in the table view, they are also not available in the drop down list on the To-Dos so I cannot assign the to do to a milestone that I want to use.

Reproduction steps

  1. create multiple milestones
  2. look in timeline view to see if you can see them - you cannot see any or you can only see a few

Thanks for reporting. Did you set any dependencies on those milestones by any chance?
In any case I will take a look today.

Hello,
I have that problem too. I noticed than when you modify a Milestone it disappears. Tasks linked to it continue to show it but it disappears from the milestones tables, and from the dropdowns (you can't link a new task to it for example).

I also noticed, that when upgrading from 3.3.3 to 3.4.2 some milestones disappeared from the timeline view, though they are still shown in table view.

Downgrading to 3.3.3 brought the milestones back into the timeline view.

Hi all,

I have identified the root cause and will submit a fix today or tomorrow.
