tree-sitter is not executable

Whenever I open Neovim, I encounter the following error, although the Vimtex plugin works fine.

tree-sitter CLI not found: `tree-sitter` is not executable!

tree-sitter CLI is needed because `latex` is marked that it needs to be generated from the grammar definitions to be compatible with nvim!

Install tree-sitter-cli and see if that solves your problem.

Did you do cargo install tree-sitter-cli? Is the cargo path in your $PATH?

I do npm install tree-sitter-cli

Is the executable in your $PATH?

npm install -g tree-sitter-cli

I ran the command above, and then the problem was solved.
To make it executable in my $PATH， I need to install it globally.
