Update regarding Lawnchair’s Issue Tracker

Hello everyone.

After Lawnchair 14’s release, we have decided to do the following changes to our issue tracker:

• Stale bot will be disabled for the time being. This will impact the repository in the following ways:
  • We will try to look at previous feature requests, and see if it’s implemented or not. If it’s not implemented, we may re-open it. This may take some time.
  • Bug reports will probably be not re-opened. Please create a new issue if the bug still happens in Lawnchair.
• We will try to triage issues in GitHub Issues once a week.
• For GitHub discussions, we will try to respond every 3 days.

We will try to do this in the following days/weeks.
