You'll want to go to SleepingOwlAdmin-docs to check on the status (if there is one). I attempted a start at translating the docs using google translate manually here but I haven't had enough time to get very far at all.

Perhaps a quick alternative is to find a way to auto google translate the whole document. Then we can provide a warning sign explaining that it has been auto translated and pull requests are welcome.

Once we have this starting point hopefully it'll encourage people to help out and improve it.
