Apart from the current structure models (which are already quite a few, and thats really nice), would be useful if there was some support for time-to-event outcomes with censored data.

For the moment, StepMix does not support this type of model.
This article might interest you. The authors use R package poLCA for the latent class model, the coxph() function for the time-to-event data, and a function created by the authors, LCSM().
