masif-seed tensorflow-gpu version

I use tensorflow-gpu==1.12 to run compute_descriptors.sh in /masif_peptides. However, it turned out "match no desctiptors" after I run the script of "run.sh" in /targets. There was no such message when I run in cpu. That was very strange.....
Why?
Could you tell us the version of tensorflow-gpu you used?
