Hi, I am having this issue as well! Python 3.7 here too.

I have fixed this by:

  • using python 3.7
  • using pythorch 1.4.0 (conda install pytorch==1.4.0 torchvision==0.5.0 -c pytorch)
  • using flair 0.6

I followed #5 (comment) and successfully solved the dependency issues
