go-cqhttp 已于 2023.10.10 日停止维护，详情请见 Mrs4s/go-cqhttp#2471。

现有的 go-cqhttp 实例也仅限能用，为了长远之计，目前正考虑借着这次机会，着手进行第三次重构，以此摆脱对 OneBot v11 标准的依赖。

请注意，由于 ATRI 项目较为庞大，重构可能会花费较多时间。
