1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

kusionup install $a_not_exist_version
kusionup show

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

kusionup show should only show installed versions.

3. What did you see instead (Required)

versions failed to install.

4. What is your KusionStack components version? (Required)

kusionup version v0.3.1

above shows [email protected] which is a non-exist version tag, and it shows in version table and version select list.
