Visual detection of seizures in mice using supervised machine learning

This repository contains data and scripts for reproducing results associated with the manuscript. Please see the paper for full details on JABS features and models.

Requirements

The scripts in the repository require the following R packages:

dplyr, readr, ggplot2, stringr, tidyr, circlize, ComplexHeatmap, correlation, MASS,  patchwork, ordinal, ordinalNet, future, furrr

Reproducing results in each figure

The scripts F1.R, F2.R, F3.R, F4.R can generate results shown in figures (F1, F2, F3, F4, S1). Each script for the figure includes additional inline comments guiding the user to reproduce each panel separately.
