When it comes to the Web Assembly, the plugin and runtime library support only Wasm/JS target.

With all other major KotlinX-libraries already supporting Wasm WASI, the necessity to measure performance will eventually emerge. And it would be nice to simply add an additional benchmarking target into the build config instead of implementing benchmarking infrastructure from the ground up.
