How to import Postman export dump (Backup.postman_dump.json) into Insomnia?

After launching Postman I discovered they switched paradigms and now require an account and I want to come back to Insomnia so I could store my data locally instead of on Postman's servers. Is there a way I could import the file that Postman dumped into Insomnia? I've tried importing into a project, collection, and document but none worked. Has anyone successfully migrated from Postman to Insomnia via the dump file that was provided?
