it seems that there is an issue sizing i can see that immediately overflows the screen

Hello I've now searched and tried many troubleshooting guides, tried changing many settings and configurations.. Not only to klipperscreen but also in the raspberry pi as well.
I have a raspberry pi 4 running klipper attached to it I have a Big Tree Tech hdmi7 v1.2 display.
All the regular menus look great and fit inside the screen and looks as it should.. But when I let's say press update and the window opens with the accept or decline buttons or whatever they say, that window is just way to big and won't fit the screen.
Same goes for when example trying to change values in a macro or just in general use the keyboard, it goes beyond the display rendering it not fully functioning or getting stuck due to not being able to close the window.
The only thing I found that made it just a small amount smaller or better was changing the font size on the screen from default medium to small.
Other than that I can't seem to find the issue and have no clue what to do.
Ive tried changing alot of settings on the pi itself with no luck.
So.. Anybody seen this before and now the solution?
Also attached is klipperscreen.log can't upload cfg due to file support so will paste cfg in comment.
KlipperScreen.log.txt
I've attached pictures of the issue
