if main.kcl empty, and another kcl file exists with data, open that one by default on project launch #5820

Created the usual spatula, exited, restarted and file is blank. Replicated many times

i think this is what is happening, its def a paper cut

@franknoirot would also be nice to tell the user when they accept / reject the prompt in the same screen that we generated a file in the project called "what-ever-the-prompt-was.kcl" so its not like this vague magic
